If you want to pick up a free agent, you must PM your potential addition to Bear. DO NOT post it in this thread, or somebody could steal it. Bear will accept all waiver PM's until Noon Wednesday each week and then shortly after post all the moves for the week. After waiver picks are announced on Wednesday, you may then add any players still available on a first come first serve basis until Noon on Saturday. That process repeats itself each week. Free for all picks can simply be made in this thread, but can not start until after Bear has posted the waiver results on Wednesdays. Another thing, free-for-all picks do NOT count against your waiver number, so if you waiver number is 2 and you pick during the free for all time period, you will remain at #2 until you make a selection during the waiver period.

If different people PM Bear with the same player, which will occasionally happen, the player will then be awarded to the team with the better waiver number. The first waiver order is determined by the reverse draft order, then every time you make a transaction, your name goes to the bottom of the order.
