It was a promotional video for some new software for Microsoft Germany. Assuming it's the video of the guy going down the slide and landing in the pool. (Can't see videos at work ) If that's not the video you are talking about then disregard this post. LINK

Freeze frame. start fram with a dummy propelled from the bottom and tested to land in the pool.
